CONDITION

Good overall, with the book appearing Very Good in the photographed areas and the dust jacket in Good condition.

The vivid red illustrated dust jacket shows light rubbing, surface scuffing, shallow creasing, and modest edge and corner wear. There is minor chipping and rubbing at the spine ends and corners. The jacket spine is noticeably faded relative to the front panel.

The rear jacket panel shows age toning, scattered foxing or spotting, light soiling, and minor edge wear. The Book-of-the-Month Club flap has foxing and small stains concentrated near the upper margin, along with a shallow crease.

The photographed copyright page is clean and clearly legible. No signature, inscription, bookplate, or ownership marking is visible in the supplied photographs.
